Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days from original purchase unless otherwise noted. If an item is being returned through the mail, customer assumes return shipping cost. Please ship all items to be returned with Priority Mail and signature confirmation. Excluding custom rings, only rings that have not been resized may be returned or exchanged in the 30 day time period.
Any ring that has been resized is not eligible for return/exchange.
Custom orders are non-refundable. Christmas returns are accepted up to January 15th of the following year.
